David Hopkins

 

David has worked in the sport and leisure sector for the past 15 years, having held senior management positions for national leisure operators including Next Generation, David Lloyd Leisure and GLL.

David joined Proleisure in 2008 and leads the leisure unit. He is one of the industry’s leading sales and marketing figures and developed and leads Proleisure’s unique consumer insight platform, Proinsight.

 

Currently working on projects in the UK and the Middle East, his enthusiasm, passion and insight is reflected across all the projects he is working on.

Proleisure currently work with over 200 leisure facilities, measuring their customer experience through mystery shopping and member surveys. David looks at some of Proleisure's latest benchmarks and how regular Net Promoter Score (NPS) measurement can assist operators understand exactly what their customers think and how this can be used to increase member retention.
